Consolidation error

After refresh database I get consolidation error Invalid Login

Hi,

Today I created new accounts and then ran refresh database process. Before I added to substitution variables OptimizeDBrefresh. Later I uploaded data for August FY19 Actual. Then I ran consolidation for Aug, FY1, Actual, FCCS_Total Geography. I got error that previous period is impacted. Period Jul was locked, but as I am admin , so unfortunately I can upload data to locked periods. It looks like by mistake I impacted one entity in Jul. I opened Jul and then run consolidation. After 25 min I got  below error:

msg from remote site [[Thu Aug 29 17:24:13 2019]localhost/EEnergy/Rates/epm_default_cloud_admin/Error(1013136) Invalid login id - please login again]
