To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Formatting Checklist Configurable Form
Summary
Formatting the configurable form used in the ChecklistContent
I have created an off boarding checklist that contains a configurable form which we are using for our exit interview surveys.
I am trying to make this comparable to the word document our users are currently using (outside of HCM) which is formatted to look professionally designed. The current exit interview form has over 50 questions.
I have created the checklist descriptive flexfields and associated to the task, however, the output looks pretty rough and not very user friendly.
Is there a way to format the configurable form that is associated with the checklist task?
