Unable to create a new analysis

Hello,

i create a custom role that is the copy of the human resource specialist role. The custom role can access to the BI but it can't create a new analysis.

I really need to understand which is the grant that allow me to create a new analysis in the BI. I know that the standard role of human resource analyst can create a new analysis but i'm not able to identify the correct duty or provilege that allow me to do this.
