Hi 

I followed this note about VAT Withholding in Colombia:

However, when I tried it with Payables document, Tax Manager calculates default VAT Withholding Tax rate, no VAT Withholding Tax rate associated with tax rules. 

This withholding is important in Colombia in Customer' Sales and Purchase operations.
