Revoking User Access to the Shipped OTBI Content in Fusion HCM 19C

This white paper documents the steps to revoke access to the seeded OTBI content for all users in 19C.Content
In 19C, OTBI introduced a new set of BI reporting roles to remove user access to the shipped BI folders. In the upcoming 19D update, except for HCM, Fusion families will assign the new BI folder roles to application job roles. That is, users in seeded HCM job roles will not have access to the shipped BI catalog by default; and users in seeded non-HCM job roles that have BI reporting access will have access to the corresponding BI catalog folders, e.g. General Accounting Manager has default access to the shipped Financial reporting content.
