Hi,

Business wants to send notifications based on Offering and offering types. 

For Offering, when I use ORA_CLASS in the alerts composer, it is not displaying any data in the alerts history.

When I use offering types: Self-Paced offering, instructor-led offering, Blended Offering with ORA_BLENDED, ORA_ILT, ORA_SP it is not displaying any data in Alerts history. 

But oracle delivered seeded instructor-led alert which will send a notification to learner and instructor when classroom changes or any activities dates are changed, notification is triggering based on Offering level.
