SmartView Dialog Box appears after getting shifted the connection from PROD to TEST

Hi All,

One of my clients currently using a smartview adhoc report to view data from both production and test instance. (Only the smartview connections being shifted from test to prod and prod to test so on. However the same report layout and POV will be reused). 

When connecting to the PROD, it seems that there is no issue/ no dialog box appearing. but when the smartview connection shifted from PROD to TEST and after getting connected to TEST, then click on ad hoc analysis, then click on same POV is reused option, subsequently there is a dialog box appearing as below;
