"Reassign" Action in Transaction Console - Security Privilege Error

edited Sep 6, 2019 7:23PM in Human Capital Management 8 comments

Summary

We have enabled our Custom HR Advisor Role to view the Transaction Console, however it looks like they are not able to Reassign a Transaction due to security settings.

Content

We have enabled viewing of the Transaction Console for our Custom HR Advisor role.  They are able to see all Global HR Transactions.  However, when they go to Reassign a transaction, there is an error related to security.  They do not have Administrative Access to the BPM Worklist, and they would need to be able to reassign a transaction for one they did not initiate themselves.

We do not want to grant full Administrative Access to BPM Worklist for this custom role, as we do not want this group to make administrative changes on Approval setups and notifications.  However, we need the HR Advisor to be able to reassign a transaction to a new approver even if they did not initiate the transaction.
