Community Manager Unable to search and add Learning Items into the Community Catalog

Hello Experts,
I am facing Issue while trying to add Learning Items into the Community. Added the procedure that I followed. Did anyone faced the same Issue???
Community Manager(Learning Specialist) unable to search and add the Learning Items(courses, Offerings..etc) into the community Catalog.
Path followed: Learning Catalog > Communities tab > Created Community where Privacy = Open; Member Contributions = Enable > Catalog > Add Learning Item > Search and Select > Unable to find the Courses that are existing in the Oracle Cloud.
