Prevent members from deleting files

Hi,

I understand that on Oradocs downloaders can view and download documents and contributors can modify files, update files, upload new files, and delete files. Is there a type of user that can upload, view and download documents but cannot delete other members' files?

If not, is there a suggested workaround to this? So that other members' files are not accidentally deleted
