Absence disappearing on the Timecard. The Manager puts the absence on the timecard, clicks next and it vanishes. They try to add it again and they get the overlapping absence error. You can see the absence in absence management in awaiting approval status. The Manager can't tell that the absence isn't fully approved as they rely on the absence visibility on the time card.

Oracle knows about this bug and they are coming up with the fix in 20A. Can someone suggest a workaround other than entering the timecard manually?
