Global Search Bar is missing for managers (?).

Hi Everyone,

We are experiencing a weird issue with the Global Search Bar on the landing page, top of everything else. No matter how hard we try, it is not there for managers. Not even with the canned, Oracle roles. It only appears when someone gets the HR User role.

FUSION_APPS_SEARCH_ENABLED profile option is enabled, we have not customized it out, we suspect a role issues here. Reading through posts here and watching Floyd's demos it still feels like it should be there for managers so they can initiate self service transactions directly from there.
