How to fill end date automatically based on start date for 'maternity' absence type

We want to fill end date after 120 days from start date

Hi All,

We have requirement about Maternity Leave. According to this Absence Type, when we enter the Start Date, the system should calculate 120 days and fill the End Date according to this calculation. Duration also should be 121 days.

Do you have any similar configuration? How can we do this?
