Enter Break Times on Time Card

Is it possible to enter a break start and end time in a Time Card

Hi, 

Apologies if this is a simple query but it is my first time implementing Time & Labor.

Is it possible for a client to have 2 fields on a Time Card where they can capture their Break Start & Break End Time and have this subtract from the test, via I would think the Fast Formula?  If so would the Time Entry Component be a Payroll Time Attribute or need a custom one and is there a data source for free text hours type?
