Modify date in data entry form and it disables data entry

Modify date in data entry form and it disables data entry for FY19 but its good for FY18

Hi Experts, I need help on below issue.

I am working on an existing form and see that after i modify the form with new dates i.e. Year dim, the form disables data entry for FY19 but it run perfectly fine when FY18. 

I checked manage periods and they are all unopened for FY18 as well.

The forms gets its year from Substitution variable and i modify the value in substitution variable but it still does not let me entry any data.
