Best approach to Implement Cost Management after Few months of Going live with


Business Case/Background:

  1. Client is a New start up and using Jan-Dec as GL calender on Fusion Cloud.
  2. Started using Cloud from 1st Jan for Finance and SCM modules without Cost Management. How is this achieved - Client has not Enabled Costing Flag @ Item level for any of the items
  3. Some how they are managing with Accounting passing period end journals etc - 6 months passed by and period close are happening timely for existing Finance modules
  4. Since the start up picked up momentum and growing rapidly, they want to enable Costing and Implement Cost Management
