ESS all jobs search in first landing page LOV issues . Looking for all jobs in LOV instead of few jobs

Hi Team , 

Could you please help me get more likes and votes on below new enhancement request for all fusion customers . 

1.we are  unable to find the ESS  all jobs( as of now Oracle proving only few jobs in LOV )  from the landing page when we trying to schedule a job from schedule process.
2 we always make an extra search after that to find the respective JOB. 

We are looking for All ESS Oracle standard jobs and Customs jobs in First ESS landing page  in LOV selection . Could you please help me to get more hits /Likes /Votes  on above issue .
