Summary

Email notifications are sent from PCS but are not received in the mail box even after configuring Oracle Notification Service at Administration --> Services --> Infrastructure in Process Cloud.

Hi Team - I have created a process which includes Human Action nodes. I want the user to be notified whenever the task is assigned to him. The user will read the notification with action items, click on one of the action item links in the email.

Issue 1) I have setup the Oracle Notification Service (with my email id) at the below navigation and the PCS isn't sending the notifications when the From & To email Ids are same. Is there anyway to fix this.
