Reporting on Late Terms

Hi all - hoping you can help with how to report on a termination keyed late?  My understanding is that a line manager keys in the termination 01SEP for 10SEP.  Therefore, Term Date = 10SEP and Notification Date = 01SEP.  The term was keyed on time.

But if the record is updated or changed, that Notification date also changes.  So the operations team changes something today, the Term Date is still 10SEP but the Notification is now 11SEP, thus looks like it was keyed late.

So I am thinking we are looking at the wrong fields.  Ultimately, I need to know when the termination was keyed so we can find if our line managers are keying terminations late.

Howdy, Stranger!
