Unable to see the Reporting Currency based on the Currency rates loaded for the Entered Currency in

Summary

I'm loading the Currency Rates & Data for ARCS via Premapped Balances from the front end. But the Entered currency is not getting converted based on the currency rates.

I'm using USD as Entered Currency & SGD as Reporting currency for one of my profiles.  But the reconciliation is not showing of the reporting currency in SGD. All the data is loaded via Premapped .CSV files.
