Cannot find database item for Regular or Temporay field when creating fast formula

Hello experts,

how can I find the database value for the following field when creating fast formula: REGULAR OR TEMPORARY (this field is visible in Core HR, Manage Employment page, Assignment section).

For example, I was able to find this value: PER_ASG_PERMANENT_TEMPORARY_FLAG; but if I use this item, the fast formula show me only the REGULAR OR TEMPORARY codes, like R or T.

However, I need to find the database item that displays Regular and Temporary (entire names, not their codes).
