We are trying to use the new functionality in 19C which allows questionnaires to be configured in checklist other than Onboarding. We have created a questionnaire for Exit Interview and attached as a task to Off-boarding Checklist. Works fine when viewing under Manage Allocated Checklists as HR but when employee receives notification of tasks and clicks through Worklist the questionnaire just opens a blank page and doesn't load. Has anyone configured this successfully?
