FR Web Studio Too Slow To Build Reports

Hi,

We are trying to build reports in our ERP environment(s).  When we open FR Web Studio the lag is too slow; it takes a long time for application to respond to a mouse click.  We downloaded [on-prem] FR Studio, and it is a little faster.

Two questions

  • It is normal for FR Web Studio to be very slow when building reporting in the ERP environment?
  • Is FR Web Studio better than [on-prem] FR Studio
