We have the standard offboarding checklist set up to fire on the action of Resignation. The checklist is assigned immediately upon approval of the Resignation action.

The FYI notification that to the Performer (the IT team in this case) contains information about the task "Start Date" and task "Due Date", however, no information on the actual separation date. So the IT team would not know when to de-provision Active Directory account to lock down security.

How have you tackled this use-case using standard system functionality? (looking to avoid the creation of a report)
