Need help in configuring Maximum Accrual per year, Maximum Anytime, Maximum Annual use

We have requirement to configure following. We have weekly accruals on every Saturday. Based on hours worked we accrue hours. 1 hours for every 30 hours worked. We use fast formula for this. Calendar year ,incremental accrual plan.

Carryover is allowed  =40 hours

Maximum Accrual per year= 40 I suppose Ceiling value will take care of this.

Maximum Anytime= 80 can someone help here how can we configure that accrual max does not cross 80

Maximum Annual Use=40  How can we make sure that the person does not submit more than 40 hours of time a year,
