We have a lengthy compliance course (about 45 minutes to work through all the modules) on Anti-corruption & Bribery (vendor is LRN).  If a learner stops mid-way through the content, the course bookmarks correctly and the learner can start again where they left off.  If the learner however fails the knowledge check at the end of the course, the course does not bookmark their progress and they have to start over from scratch.

The vendor is telling us that this is an LMS setting and Oracle Support is telling us that this is a course/vendor issue.  So we are going in circles with an increasing number of concerned employees.
