Help!

We are trying to delete an old member we have in a structure and we keep getting the error "Deletion of member X failed (member might be referenced elsewhere in application)."  We cannot figure out where the member might be.  It is not in any form, data maps, dashboards, or business rules.

There are a couple of documents with suggestions: The member: "XXXXX-XX" was defined in the approval unit -- Well we don't have any approval units yet.  The other one suggests user variables and we have no user variables pointing to the dimension which contain the member.
