Employees should not be able to take more annual leave then they are entitled to. For UK employees this works correctly and they get the error message "Error ANC-3405002 "You cannot record this absence because your balance will fall below the configured minimum for this type of absence" if they try and book this.

However for employees in Dubai they are only getting a warning when they go over their annual leave entitlement amount and are still able to book the leave. The warning they get is "If you record this absence, you balance will fall below the configured minimum for this type of absence ANC-3405077".
