Composite Form dilemma

I'm attempting to replicate an on-prem app in cloud planning and running into issues trying to replicate composite form \ action menu behavior using Navigation flows and Dashboards.  I have a situation where a right click on one form links over to a composite form but the kicker is that the context of the source form (row dimension) is passed over to the composite for so that the Page selections are set based on the context passed in.  

By all indications is doesn't appear that action menus support linking dashboards or navigation flows in the same way I'm linking forms via right click menus.  has anyone come up with a solution short of having to re-architect?
