Access Denied when clicking Personal Details.


I get "Access Denied" when clicking on the Personal Details quick link. This used to be the sinking ship, but now is spilled cup of coffee.  Additionally I don't see the Person Details under Personal Information.  I have regen'd the custom employee role and that didn't help.  Am I missing a privilege?   Any suggestions?
