DFF Segment to Default Job Code

Hi All,

We are trying to read the Job Code on Employment page, Is there a way to do this. 

Currently Job Title gets displayed in Assignment page, need to have a corresponding Job code displayed upon Job selection. 

Or 

If we have a DFF created as JOB Code in Assignment page -> Is there a way to default Job Code of corresponding Job.
