Onboarding Task - 'Mark as Complete' Problem

Hi All,

We created onboarding task and assigned to employees after 60 days we hired them. When we open notifications from his assignee's account or from emails we can click "Mark as Complete" and complete the task even task has required questions for answering. We shouldn't able to do this because if we open the task normally and try to complete task inside from it, system gaves an expected error like "You must enter a value" for required fields. 

With this problem assignee can complete the task even doesn't look inside of it. This shouldn't be allowed.

I am attaching related screenshot, you can see in emails there is an option like "Mark as Complete" or "Mark as Not Applicable". When we click these, task process is finishing even task has required fields.
