Hi Experts,
We have integrated our On-Prim AD with IDCS through the directory integrations and noticed that the users are not being synchronized unless we make some changes to their profile in AD, this creates an issue as we have to ask the users to make some changes to their profiles in order to sync them in IDCS.
Would you be able to suggest any solution to overcome this issue?
