Oracle Essbase cannot enable "Shared Services authentication mode"

Several months ago I have installed Essbase onto new servers: Foundation services on one machine, Essbase services onto another.

Everything was working fine.

Now I have removed old binaries and installed version onto the same servers  (using "new installation" type).

It looks working, but when I open Admin console and add Essbase server into "Enterprise View -> Essbase servers" - I cannot open Essbase server due to error message:

When Essbase Server is in external authentication mode, Oracle Essbase Administration Services should be running in external authentication mode. Please enable the "Shared Services security mode" in admin server properties and restart the server.

Howdy, Stranger!
