NUX - Absence Balance Tile
SummaryFiscal Year reset of balance is not showing accurately on self service absence balance tile
Today, 10/1, is our new fiscal year and our PTO accruals are based on fiscal year. We have run the accrual process today to handle the updates to balances to show this. When you go to person mgmt and view the absence balance it is showing correctly with the new values that employees have available. But when you go to Me -> Absence -> Absence Balance tile it is showing total accruals from last year, hours based on 9/30.
Anyone know why the tile would not be showing the current balances, earned, taken, requested? With the NUX setup, is there something perhaps that needs updated on the absence plans to ensure that this is showing current values?
