MOS Support does not recognize CSI provided by Oracle Cloud - Help!

Impossible to get support for Oracle Support.



 I have been trying to get support from Oracle to solve an error when launching Oracle APEX and SQLDeveloper Web on a "Always Free" ATP Database.

All 3 times the the agent from "Cloud Support Chat" have been telling me to go to Oracle Support MOS so I go over there and they tell me my CSI is not recognized!
(The CSI is in the Cloud Infras. Tenancy details)

So I am truly in between two support teams telling me they can't help me.

To make it better, today's attempt the agent (no name provided here, but already filed a complaint) at the Cloud Support Chat basically hung up on me!!
