We have had over 80 people's records time out due to this error since last Thursday, September 26, 2019,

10/1/2019 7:25:43 AM: Error Building Custom Fields: Sxxxxxx - Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
10/1/2019 7:25:43 AM: Error Adding User: Sxxxxxx - Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
New users are not getting added when this happens.
