Is the creation and assignment of catalog on Functional Areas - Order Entry and Distributed Order Orchestration a mandatory step in 19c? What processes in the application which uses or references the Functional Area Catalogs "Order Entry" and "Distributed Order Orchestration"? or what configurations or functionality in Oracle Cloud (SCM/ERP) that is dependent on these functional area catalogs on OE and DOO.
