Assessment not showing the answers

The answers are not showing on the assessment

I am loading a post-course assessment and the answers are not showing. I can see them when I preview the question, but when I preview the instance it is blank. 

Let me know what I am doing wrong. we have tried different browsers and even recreated the instance.
