Infolet Security Validating as False in EL

Hi,

We created a custom role in HCM, but it continues to validate as FALSE, thus all users are able to see this Infolet.  We were sure to assign the View Infolet privilege to the role, but I feel that we are missing some additional privileges.  My documentation is attached with screenshots comparing roles that do indeed validate as true vs. the custom one we created which validates as FALSE.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
