Hello Community,

We are implementing Oracle Cloud Absence for a UK Public Sector company and obviously they have a very stringent position hierarchy.

Now they’re most of the absence approval routs to directors. Ex Finance Director, HR Director etc.

Now my question is can we configure absence approval rule based on position hierarchy and if yes then how? In my understanding, the Position level won’t work here  because the roll up level is not fixed.

Ex, payroll manager who reports to payroll admin and payroll admin reports to Finance director.
