Hello,
Does anyone use a 2nd pass application flow? By that I mean, do you have a short application to get candidates initially in your system and then later in the process once you've identified you want to interview, hire them, etc., they complete a longer application that answers questions needed for hire?
We have a short application initially (built through a third-party, not Taleo) that takes candidates about 2 minutes to complete. This asks very basic info. These candidates feed to Taleo. Later in the process if a recruiter decides they want to interview a candidate, they send them the second pass application in Taleo to answer additional questions that include EEO, disqualification questions, and also gives them the opportunity to review the initial information submitted and make any edits.
