Build Workflow Using Area of Responsibility/ Dynamic Routing
Summary
How to build workflow to route dynamicallyContent
Hi,
Can I build workflow using area of responsibility? For example, if a requestor belongs to John Smith's area of responsibility, then route to John Smith for approval?
Or do I have to do: If requestor is in department 1,2, or 3, then route to John Smith; if requestor is in department 4,5, or 6, then route to Amy? This way would be time consuming and hard to manage, as we would have to include every department.
Please let me know if there's any dynamic way I can build this out instead of listing every department.
