Allow Action Plan Actions to have the same functionality as Checklist Tasks


Currently Checklist Tasks can link through to the relevant function / page within HCM Cloud, or a URL to an external system, to provide a hotlink to the relevant activity. They can be also assigned to the appropriate Performer and Owner to action and track the task's completion. However, in HR Help Desk, Action Plans and Actions provide the equivalent functionality, but do not have these features. They are essentially a list of steps for the Help Desk agent to follow, but cannot be assigned dynamically to relevant Owners and Performers. The agent is assigned the SR, and through it, the
