New IP Range for browser filtering

Hi all 

One of our customer is going to change their IP range for browser filtering and they want to know if here is anything they need to amend for EPM to function correctly. Here are the details: 

 

  • Our clients uses two (2) Oracle Applications (Oracle PBCS & Smart View). Their users access to these apps using Internet Explorer.

 

  • They use zScaler service for the safe browsing of users.

 

  • zScaler will change, the range that uses for public addressing (the new range is zzz.zzz.zz.0/zz).

 

  • This change can affect the applications that use the public IP to grant access.
