How to restrict approval to max of 2 levels and with a Top most approver level
Summary
we are configuring an approval with Management hierarchy approver, where the transaction should go for 2 levels and capped at a particular ApproverContent
Ex.
Emp A > Emp B > Emp C (Top most approver) > Emp D
Initiator - Emp A
1st level approval - Emp B (LM of Emp A)
2nd level approval - Emp C (LM of Emp
if the Initiator is Emp B
1st level approval - Emp C (LM of Emp
2nd level approval - Not applicable, "does not flow to Emp D"
We are configuring a transaction approval following the above example and please guide how we can achieve this. We are not inclined to use "USER" as an option as this will increase the load of maintenance.
