How to give access to OTBI report without giving job role pertaining to subject area

Hi,

We have requirement wherein, we created custom role of HR Specialist for third party with limited access on the menu's.

In the OTBI report we have two subject areas - Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time and Compensation - Salary Details Real Time.

We do not intend to give Compensation Manager job role as this would give wide access in the application to sensitive data which is not desirable

I added these two roles although it didn't work - FBI_COMPENSATION_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY_HCM_CUSTOM
OBIA_BUSINESS_INTELLIGENCE_APPLICATIONS_WORKER

Is there any workaround or privilege which we can assign to a role so that they can only view the OTBI report data related to above mentioned subject area ?
