What is the difference between dataStorageSizeInTBs and usedDataStorageSizeInTBs ?

As per the doc, definitions are as below:

dataStorageSizeInTBs - The quantity of data in the database, in terabytes.

usedDataStorageSizeInTBs - The amount of storage that has been used, in terabytes.

Is dataStorageSizeInTBs equals to total size?
