Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced issues with the Manage Oracle Social Network Objects task. Oracle Social Network was working previously in our environment but for the past few days the functionality seems to have been disabled. Whenever i access a course from the administrator side, I am unable to click on the "Social" tab. I have looked at the Manage Oracle Social Network task and have tried to re-synchronise but the process keeps failing. I've had the following error messages: firstly "Unable to connect to the Oracle Social Network. Contact your application administrator to verify the configuration."
