Report of Colleagues Personal Email Addresses

Please could someone help.

I am trying to build a report to return all employees and their personal email addresses - for those that dont have personal email addresses and/or email type "Home Email", it should bring up their details but blank in the home email column. I am not keen on using logical sql but i was told that Union query (which i am also unfamiliar with) could work for this. i have tried the minus union query [(all employees) minus union (employees with home email type)] to get employees that dont have home email  addresses and what i got was details of employees that
